COURSE DURATION 16 hours
PREREQUISITES -Successfully complete and receive a course completion certificate for a lead-based paint inspector training course -Bachelors degree AND 1 year experience in related field, OR -Associates degree AND 2 years experience in a related field, OR -High School/GED AND 3 years experience in related field
ACCREDITING BODY Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality
INDIVIDUAL APP REQUIREMENTS $300 initial, $150 recertification fee
INDIVIDUAL EXAM FEES Third party exam
COMPANY APP REQUIREMENTS $50 initial fee, $50 renewal fee
REFRESHER TRAINING Annual refresher training is required.
RECIPROCITY No Reciprocity with EPA and other states with authorized lead-based paint programs.
