Once licensed, an individual must have an annual physical examination and a physician's statement, as required by 178 NAC 23-005.02D and 004.02D, Item 3, to remain current in medical requirements throughout the term of his/her license |

Because reciprocity agreements are subject to change, it is strongly recommended that you contact your state's accrediting body before taking training from an outside source. |
