DISCIPLINE Lead Risk Assessor
COURSE DURATION 16 hours
PREREQUISITES -Successfully complete and receive a course completion certificate for a lead-based paint inspector training course -Bachelors degree AND 1 year experience in related field, OR -Associates degree AND 2 years experience in a related field, OR -High School/GED AND 3 years experience in related field
ACCREDITING BODY Pennsylvania Department of Health
INDIVIDUAL APP REQUIREMENTS -$200 if more than 6 months until exp. of training cert -$100 if less than 6 months until exp. of training cert
INDIVIDUAL EXAM FEES Third party exam. $50 exam fee.
COMPANY APP REQUIREMENTS $500 annually
REFRESHER TRAINING Refresher training is annual.
RECIPROCITY The department shall develop reciprocity agreements with other states or jurisdictions which have established accreditation and certification requirements which the department determines to be substantially similar to those set forth in this act.
