REFRESHER TRAINING | Refresher training (4 hours) is required every three (3) years from date of cert expiration for individual certification. |
RECIPROCITY | Initial renovator training must be conducted by a Georgia EPD accredited training provider. |

NOTES | -Definition of Child-Occupied Facility: a building visited by the same child, 6 years of age or younger on 2 or more days within the same week (Sunday through Saturday), each visit lasts at least 3 hours, combined weekly visits last at least 6 hours -Certified Renovators cannot conduct paint-chip sampling. -Cleaning verification must include verification of window troughs (if any are present) |
